Hello doctor. I am 20 year old I have faced many negative things in my school life after which I have been suffering from anxiety and mood swing problem. For example if I am talking normally right now and suddenly gets angry or feel like to sit alone. Many a times I hurt my loved ones by doing this. Also I am not able to focus on my studies. Three years back I was given anti depressants bcoz I was depressed bcoz of whatever had happened in past life. Please guide me with some tips how to overcome this problem and how my loved ones can help me out in this situation.

These people have unexplained mood swings, high rejection sensitivity poor anger control, tendencies of harming themselves. First you should know yourself better, identify the shortcomings (which we all have) and work on it. You should practice more patience, try to react as less you can, regular meditations and breathing pranayama will increase your resilience and decrease anxiety.
