I am getting overweight from last few months can I get some diet habit advice's that helps to reduce my weight.

Do brisk walk for at least 5-6 kms a day. Breathing exercise will help you a lot add good amount of salad and 15-20 gms of flax seeds in your diet avoid non veg foods, alcohol. Green tea 2 cups a day is wonderful in your condition defaecation should be daily and proper and lastly 6-7 hours good sleep is must.
