Mujhe mere dono kandho ko pichhe yaa kisi cheez ko throw karne par utar jata hai .4 saal pahle maine bahut se doctor ko dikhai par sahi nahi hua last me mujhe ek doctor ne exercise karne ki salah diya jo dard me aaram deta hai .kahte hai rotator cuff hua hai .plz help me sir.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user, you are probably suffering from rotator cuff arthropathy. If your concern is only pain and stiffness then exercise and different modalities to alleviate pain will work but if there is tear of rotators and inability to lift your arm up by your side then you must be explored with mri for degree of tear. Your treatment protocols should be decided on that result. Thanks.
