Maine physician ko dikhaya toh kuch blood and urine test kiye aur bole ki normal hai wo kewal vitamin aur protein powder diye jinka koi prabhav nahi pada. Phir maine bone ke Dr. ko dikhaya toh bole ki apko sciatica hua hai, isme muscle reduce hota hai lekin unke medicine ka koi fayda nahi hua, mai kis rog ke Dr. se chek karaye.

Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
