Soaps vil dry out your skin, so they r an absolute no. No vigorous rubbing of skin on face. Before bath, oil body with any oil be it coconut, olive. Use a soap free wash or a dermatologically tested medical soap. After wash, pat dry within three minutes and apply moisturiser. Include dry fruits like almond, walnuts, figs, groundnuts. Have plenty of salmon, mackerel and sardine. Drink two litres of water. Have roasted flaxseeds. You vil be fine with these measures.
