I am 75 years old. My body structure is slim type. I eat normally during the day but at night eat very less. In the mornings I do some freehand exercises. I also do some breathing exercises . Still my waistline is increasing and I feel awkward in a group of healthy people. What should I do to reduce my waistline ?
