Got constant lower back pain since long time. If possible i am ready for operation. Got pain more than 5 yrs Please help?

Do extension exercises.(mckenzie exercise),hamstring self stretching,calf self stretching. Avoid foreward bending,sleeping on soft mattress. Use pillow in back lumbar curve to maintain lordosis.Use hot formentation at pain area.Avoid heavy lifting.Elevate legs while sleeping or sitting.
