I slipped on stairs 2 days back, blood was coming from my 1 toenail and I had pain in my leg. So I went to the doctor, he prescribed me acezan plus, amoxicillin potassium clavulanate and lactic acid bacillus tablets and omeprazole magnesium and domperidone tablets. After eating medicines in the night, pain got treated but I had swelling in the same leg next morning, also dark red patches in blood veins. What could be the reason? How to treat it?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. This leakage leads to a buildup of blood cells, fluid, and proteins, and that buildup causes your legs to swell. This swelling is called peripheral edema. People with stasis dermatitis usually experience swollen legs and feet, open sores, or itchy and reddish skin. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
