I get up in d morning at 6, go fr running, then I go to office & return at 8. Then I do dance fr am hr. My problem is that I do not get proper sleep. I forcefully try to sleep at 1. Nd my eyes automatically opens at 5 in the morning. Y m I not getting proper 8 hrs sleep. Even aftr going to bed at 9 or 10pm. need ni aati. Why is it so? What to do.
