Hi. My boyfriend is a non vegetarian. He loves chicken a lot. He do not like to eat any vegetables. And I feel he has very low immunity system. He doesn't even have meals on time due to his office work nd meetings he even skips breakfast or lunch or sometimes eats road side unhealthy. please help. He has even gained little weight. He is 26 years old. Ht 5.9" and weight 77. He's got a tummy grown too:-(. please help how to make him back fit again. And healthy.

A fixed routine is the key.He can only reduce weight when he himself realises that he is going in wrong direction.So your only help him by making him realise that what he is doing is wrong and show him the right direction.Once he is in right track,everything will be normal.
