My mom 46yo did not get periods for 45 days & her next periods was very heavy & lasted for 15 days. Doctor prescribed her deviry tablet for 21 days & after which she got her next period. She is still bleeding after 10 days. She got a scan done & in report it's mentioned that endometrium is thickened 21 mm which hyperchoic foci with thick content within it suggestive of clot. Doctor has taken a biopsy. Should I worry about it? Is it due to perimenopause? Is it normal?
