Am male, healthy and aged 63 yrs. I have no healthy problem except since the last one week I do not get sleep at night. I tried out all" grandma suggestions" without any result. Would you kindly help me? Mr. M. S. Nathan.

Psychological disturbances may cause the lack of sleep (insomnia), if it is so then you need to come out of this condition, stay away from anxiety, depression, or some time it could be non specific may be age related, try some hot milk prior to bed, try some exercise, yoga, relaxation therapy and no need to worry about this.
