Hi .This condition is called OSMF.This is because of your prolonged use of tobacco.Discontinue consuming it or slowly decrease it and discontinue it.If you are having difficulty in chewing because you feel less force and weak teeth then your bone level has decreased its because of tobacco use.Dicontinue it if you want to live a long life otherwise you will have a lot more problems then just less mouth opening.
