Doctor.There is pain in my both legs. Not always.But.In a month 2-4 days its going on ,then as usual, why this is happened.Any Medicine or exercises for this.Please suggest?

Hello. Drink at least 200ml of water after every hours and do stretching exercises for legs. Stretching: Sit with your knee straight and try to touch your toe with both hands. You will feel stretch pain in your leg. Do this for at least 3 times a day.
