I am 27 years old male. 181cm tall and weighing 102 kgs. Followed lot of weight loss plans like gm diet, also had the nurilite milk shakes and refresher and weight came down to 92 kgs but I stopped following nutrilite so again I came back to 102 kgs. I am basically a rice consumer so if am in diet I could feel my energy level is less particularly during he gm diet plan. Please advise some die habit for healthy weight loss.

Take every two hrly small quantity of food avoid rice at night take dinner before 8 pm do regular exercise & yoga take fibrous food.
