Dear sir, Last year in march 2014 I lost my erection during penetration for one or two times. But then I got recovered and had successful sex with my girlfriend. But somehow this has remained in my mind. June 2014 I broke up with my girlfriend and it's been more than 1 year I am not in physical contact with anyone. In last 1 year I have seen lost interest in sex, weak erection while menstruation, no more getting excited sexually easily. I do get morning erection but it is not as hard as it used to before. I get excited by watching porn and get enough erection for penetration but it is not rock hard like before. I cannot judge till I have sex but soon I am getting married and I am not sure I will get erection or not. Is this a performance anxiety or some physical problem? Is erectile dysfunction treatable?

From your history it appears to be due to stress / anxiety. But to exclude physical cause you need to do blood tests hb, tc, dc, fasting sugar, prolactin, tsh and testosterone. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check bp. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. Yes it is a treatable condition.
