Practice pratyahara - one of the techniques of yoga, 10 minutes everyday. Sit in a quiet place, eyes closed. Just let your thoughts wander freely. Just witness your thoughts, wherever it goes, you go with it. I mean, look into your own thoughts as a 3rd person, passively. It may appear difficult at beginning, but you will get an amazing result.
