Hi, my mother is on fluoxetine 80 mg and fluvoxamine 300 mg daily now, for her ocd and depression. The dosage has been gradually increased. It has been almost 4 months since she started taking these, but my mother is not experiencing any significant changes or reduction in her unwanted thoughts. How much time does it take for these medicines to show significant results?
