I met a 24 years old girl online we got talking for a week invited her to come she was going to stay 2 weeks with me so we were together for 8 days, she kept complaining she was sick running fever, this was on the 8th day just this sunday that passed so I said let?s go for a check up we went for a check up it showed she was positive so we went to 3 other clinics same thing. Immediately monday morning I ran to the hospital on advice from my ex and got on prep but i?m scared I need advice who has experience about this before because from my understanding I already elapsed the 72 hours to take prep mind you i?m still testing negative for hiv and i?m scared because I have diabetes.

If no sexual contact then no chance of hiv infection. Just to live with hiv +ve patient anfd taking bf, tea ,lunch and dinner or sharing any thing does not cause hiv infection. There should be unprotected sexual contact or sharing of needel of drug or any contact with hiv + ve patient blood to your blood may be be the reason of tranfer of hiv infection.
