Myself is a homoeopath.Although I have removed several kidney and Uretheral stones in my life but your is a real big one .I can prescribe you medicines with which the stone will start moving but this will be of no use as such a large stone can cause ome serious damage to Urethera along with severe pain. The only way is by crushing the stone there itself but as the stone is in Urethere so we cant wait for the medicines to act.So I suggest you to go for Surgery.
