To lose weight include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses, more of fruits & vegetables. Include good quality protein in your diet such as low fat milk & milk products. Drink lots of water. Avoid all sweets & sweetened beverages from your diet such as shakes, aerated beverages, sodas etc. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.
