As I am 175CM, 20 years old and my weight is mere 54KG. Can you please help me out with some tips to gain weight in a healthy way without any side effects?

Weight gain is a scientific process & depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records, hormonal. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Only 3 meals will not be enough. Include high calorie foods in between your main meals such as dark chocolates, cakes, nuts. Even medicine not work in isolation. And try to be in positive energy balance under the supervision of diet expert so to gain weight the healthy way.
