I am suffering from all tooth pains. Exactly at 1am in the morning i start getting tooth ache and not able to sleep after that.

There must be a cavity in one of your teeth which gives rise to acute pain in the night. Consult a dentist immediately. Most probably you would have to get a RCT done on that tooth. Meantime take Tab Combiflam for relief.

As you said .You start getting tooth ache in the night.Based on your complaint. .I think you are having deep dental caries in one of your teeth . Visit your dentist. If required you should go Root canal treatment.
