My age is 24 n my weight is only 31. I hv to want to gain my weight can you please tell me the proper diet wat I hv to take in morning, noon & nyt. I am vegetarian also. I do not eat eggs everyone advise me for this but I can't take it. Without it I can't gain my weight?

Start taking more nutritious food. Eat frequent healthy meals many times a day. Add fruits, vegetables, nuts and dairy to your diet. Eat oats, almonds and milk in morning. In mid morning eat a bowl of fruits in afternoon, eat chapatis, daal, chawal, curd and salads in evening eat sprouts - moong/chana sprouts at night, eat paneer, roti and sabzi during bed time - have a glass of milk also, do exercise to challenge your body. If you want your body to come out of their current comfort stage and increase in size you have to start moving it. Your nutritious food will directly go into your system and will help you grow.
