I am suffering from low grade fever for 3 months. At first in widal test doctor found out typhoid and gave me antibiotics but fever wasn?t broken. I have done several test but nothing showed up later. Fever last 12 hours in daytime everyday usually from 11: 00 am- 11: 00 pm. But when I took antibiotics fever last less usually from 4: 00 pm-11: 30 pm. Due to covid situation I can?t get enough medical treatment. I have fatigue, weakness, no joint or any other pain. But have issues with stomach and little bit of constipation.

No details of test reports or actual antibiotics name dosage and duration mentioned. First record daily temperature chart 4 times a day. Ie. 7 am, 11, am, 6 pm and 10 pm. Mark all records above 98.6 degree f. You have also not mentioned name of city. Some multispeciality hospital physicians should be available. If you know any md physician send the chart of minimum 4-5 days. Certain investigations will be necessary. You have not mentioned how much fever do you have now. Check with thermometer n record somewhere. Fever feeling can be because of weakness. How is your appetite. I need details. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
