Burning sensation in feet is related to small fibre neuropathy which can have many causes like diabetes, certain infections, ageing etc. Add tab gabantin nt 100 mg hs for her. This will give her some symtomatic relief. But she needs to be investigated to find out the cause. Feel free to contact for further details.
