I have a small mass hanging outside anal opening like haemorrhoid, since last week I have severe pain in anal passage during defecation and also whole day it pains like heart heart beats there and knife cut pain outside anal opening. I saw in mirror I saw many cuts outside anal opening beside anal opening. Even if I touch there it feels like I am putting needles there. I am using escot and pilorute ointment from last week and also oxerute cd tabs. Anal pains seems to be heeling but outside cut mass still same and pain like hell. I had vdrl reactive before two years for which I got penicillin injection already last year. Please suggest how to join outside cut skin and mass faster.

I think you are suffering from anal fissure and sentinal skin tag. You can continue applying ointment escot .with your finger deep inside, before and after going for dafaecation. Also add sitting in hot water with betadine in it. Plenty of water and fruits. You can also come to mee me personally at pratiksha hospital, if it is nearer to you.
