I love someone but that person is married to somone else but still in contact with me. I am in pain each day thinking old days. I want to come out of all these and move on in life. Please help.

You prioritize. You come first . Your life comes first. You need to look after yourself first. Use CBT Skills to change your mind to positive mindset. Look forwards/ think of strenth and not weakness/ if you are still having thought recurring you may have to take medication. For Delusional disorder and depression.
