2 month later mai Dr. ki pas jab giya tha tab mera 80/140 preswar tha magar bad mai ghar mai monitaring karta hoon bp machin par o normal aita aj Dr. ki pass giya oha par bp machine par 90/140 aiya Dr. ne bola be care magar ghar me akar chek kiya to 76/125 aiya mera kiya preswar jaida hai please advise.
