I am having a problem. Actually whenever I eat a bit oily fatty or spicy food I am having difficulty in defecation. There is little swelling at anus and when I come back after defecating there is a sensation of some (jalan) there. This is happening since last 8 months. Sometimes there is swelling and it resolves on it's own. Sometimes when I pass hard stools it occurs again. Sometimes there is some bleeding also along with stool. please help.
