Hey there, it is not good to have sharp teeth causing trauma over the tongue. This continuous injury can lead to formation of cancer also. Firstly, get your sharp teeth ground by a dentist and take proper treatment of the ulcer. Secondly, for your yellow teeth get scaling done and start brushing twice daily and use a mouthwash. Sharpness of teeth can be corrected by selevtive grinding procedure, the dentist will grind and make smooth the sharp edges of the teeth causing injury less often sometimes if grinding is not possible due to sensitivity or other similar problems than crown is adviced. For ulcers you can apply combination anaesthetic oral gel it will give temporary relief. Your concern about the yellowishness of teeth so yes teeth contributes a lot to the overall esthetic appearance of face. Yellowishness due to deposits or extrinsic stains can be corrected by scaling. For intrinsic discoloration (variations or changes in the inner layer of teeth) bleaching could be done. Don't worry your problem is not serious yet. But definitely needs quick attention.
