Is it safe to take argipreg (l-arginine supplement) and ecosprin 75 mg before next cycle of embryo transfer? Because my current cycle cancelled due to less blood flow to endometrium even though my et was 8.9 mm.please also advise how to increase blood flow to endometrium.

The medicines given are to increase the blood flow . Some yoga might help . But nothing we do or eat actually increases blood flow in endometrium scientifically speaking .

Dear Lybrate user, decreased blood flow to your endometrium has different endogenous causes. Argipreg and ecosprin all help in increasing blood flow to the endometrium. Your doctor can also start you on tab alivher vaginally during endometrial preparation to increase the endometrial blood flow.
