I am a 63 yrs old, male, retired from a Managerial position. A patient of essential Hypertension and Diabetes (DM2), with mild cervical spondilytis . Recently passed through Diabetic Neuropathic phase with 'cramps in legs' and nerves of left hand.

You need to monitor and control DM2. Rest you get medicatios for Diabetic Polyneuropathy supplements of vitamins and Check for Cervical Spondylosis with X-ray neck. You may take Pregabalin M and Neurobion forte daily. If there is no pathology in neck bones you can do some exercises, and ruleout any other pathology like Vascular ischaemic episode of Brain.
