I am suffering from spine pain. Its location is exactly at the end of spine slightly on right side. Its creating so much heat which is spreading all over my waist and have absolutely no flexibility in my waist. Inflexibility extends right from waist to neck. Please suggest me something.

Hi ,sad that you have problem in such a young age however this kind of problem now a days is common in my daily patient opd. By looking at your problem which you have written. It suggest that you have stiff lower back which leads nerve root irritation and give symptoms like pain, burning or tingling sensation in lower back also sometimes to one or both lower limbs. Reason behind this can be many like poor posture, weak muscles, stiff facet joint of low back etc. As this problem is mechanical in nature and has to be solved mechanicaly. I would like to suggest you to consult nearby physical therapist. If you do not have any physical therapist near you than you can follow this advice 1. Do not bend forward. Specially in first few hours in the morning. Right to maintain natural curve of your lower back. 2. Sit for short�period�with a good posture with your back straight. Use lumbar roll for support to decrease load on your back. Specially if working at desktop or going for a long drive or plan a trip 3 avoid prolong positioning. Take a break while sitting like a small walk or extension in your back three to four times in standing 4.avoid sitting on a ground with cross leg and do not sit on a chair or table without back support. 5. Do not perform any movement or exercise which is increasing in your pain and specially radiating to your legs. 6.most important is a mckenzie back extension exercises you can google it for details perform that exercises every 2 hourly in a day.
