Hello lybrate-user, see it is basically chemical which has gone into your eyes. You need to a do a good amount of washing/splashing clean water in your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. It is better to consult an ophthalmologist to see if no remanant remains of the solution. Your conjunctiva, cornea needs to be checked. Please consult an eye specialist to rule out all fears.

I don't think that much harm will come if some dettol laden water fell into your eyes. Wash your eyes thoroughly with cold water. If there is any redness you can put mild steroid drop like fluromethalone. Two or three times for a few days and stop. Do not continue it for long. If only itching. I think it will disappear after some time.
