My child is 1 year and 3 months old but he can not walk only stands and only walk with my support doctor suggest its lack of vitamin D which fulfilled by vitamin d injection kindly advise me for this problem.

Hello, as the child is walking with support then its not much to worry but do keep a track and start training slowly. Also vit d3 is needed for all kids so give baby that as advised to you. Let us know if any other concerns. Take care.
