For t2dm tenelimac or vildagliptin which one is better and safe? If I want add on medicine viz gliclazide to any one of above which one is good? Can gliclazide 30 mg be taken alone twice a day at bf and at dinner? When these 3 medicine should be taken before food / with food or after food? Thanks.
