I had been suffering piles from last 15 days and also i'm taking treatment from last 15 days. But my piles not cured yet. While stool passing i'm getting more pain, itching,burning and after that i'm getting little burning, itching.but there is no bleeding while passing stool. So please give suggestion what should I do for cure. I'm doing sitzbath daily. Than also I feel burning at anus.

Most likely you are suffering from anal fissure. Anal fissure can be conveniently treated without surgery by graded kshar karma treatment.
