I have nasal congestion since long. After using homeopathic medicines used to get relief. But due to present situation, since I couldn't get homeopathic medicines, hence used otrivin and nasivion nasal drops. Due long usage of nasal spray now I have rebound nasal congestion. Past two weeks I am taking allopathic medicine, feel some relief but not permanent. Especially during sleeping having more problem. After doing pranayam or stretch exercises or cycling got some relief, again after sometime the problem is occurring. Any sudden change in atmosphere leads to more congestion and suffocation. Pl suggest some remedy.
