My mother is diabetic from past 20 years. She takes insulin. She did a pcr urine test recently. It showed: in spot test urine protein: 48 urine creatinine :25.1 pcr :1.91 in chemical examination: protein +30 ketone +15 leukocytes +70 pus cells 15-20. What does this value indicate? Is there any complications related?
