Doctor ,i am facing bipolar problem, depression ,anger some times, mood swings, using bp tablet cholesterol tablet, masturbate ,more times sex with wife ,no children because avoided me heart problem ,wife health issues, financial issues ,job less sledging, relatives argument, high sex desire from 2013 one by one added and problems begin, last 15 days ago ,i meet psychiatry doctor taken treatment (medicine) cloz beta 10 mg, rexipra 10 mg, orazep-1 given for 20 days 1) my question is in how many months I can come out for all problem 70-80 %?2) is this medicine ok for my problem or need any change 3) along with medicine what should I do 4) my big challenge is how to face sledging in family & others? 5) what is the best habits for this kind of problems facing person develop or learn? 6) mainly why people face psychological problems ,in future, which kind of habits or thinking avoid in early days,

Mr. lybrate-user, thank you for the detailed history 1). Please visit a psychiatrist who specializes in psychiatric illnesses and will help you in the treatment accordingly. 2). There might be a slight change in your medicines as adviced by your psychiatrist (when you see one). 3). Be regular eith medications and follow up. Do not stop medication son your own. Only and if adviced by your psychiatrist 4). Since the history of symptoms are long (almost 7 years) treatment will take also be ongoing for a long time. 5). For a person to be affected by bipolar disoder, there could be a stressful event in life, genetic predisposition, any substance or drug use.
