A 60 year old, all of a sudden lost conscious and memory. First day she was muttering gibberish and continuously sleeping, water running from eyes. Today is 3rd day if her condition, she is understanding what others are telling but not active, keeping her face down, at times behaving as if everything is fine and in another second she is behaving as if she lost somewhere and unable to intrepet the surrounding.
