I am a 32 years old married woman with 1 kid. I don't any have any serious health issue and past history of any disease. Sometimes I feel joint pain and lethargic specially if I do lots of house chores. I sometimes take shelcal 500 and dexorange when I feel pain. Is it safe to take those medicine? I have come to know that collagen supplement is good for easing joint pain and improve skin and hair texture. My questions are. Can I take any collagen supplement regularly? Or I need to consult a nutritionist? If I start to take collagen supplement, is it necessary to take it lifelong? Which is the best collagen supplement available in market? Please advice.
