Hello doctor uncle, my age is 16 years. I had only redness in my eyes while studying from phone for my online classes and also had burning sensation and watering sometimes no headache and no vision problems but another doctor suggested me to wear glasses of -0.25 power in both eyes with cr hmc/blu cut layer and whenever I wore those spectacles I had a great headache. So, what should I do? Should I wear them or rather buy a powerless spectacles for further protection of my eyes from mobile ray's.
