Hi doctor. I have hypothyroidism since jan 2019 and treated since then with thyronorm 125 mcg in march 2019 it was 2.41.doc added thyropace in june 2019 to take at night I had one miscarriage last year sep at 8 or 9 weeks not sure of reason. Tsh was 0.28 in aug 19 report continued same tablet till now. And tsh is normalised to 0.55 dec 2019 since trying for conception now I have conceived this month and did anc report results are with doctor due to lighten not able to collect those after looking at reports of anc profile doctor asked for decreasing the thyroid dose to 75 mcg and stop therapies which I used to take at night I never heard of decreasing such dose during pregnancy I am worried about that decreasing thyroid dose can anyone comment this is expected in first trimester.
