I am 45 yes old lady. As per my doctors advice I took duphaston for three months as I told her that I want to conceive. The three months course got completed in march. But still I ve no symptoms of pregnancy. I want to know for how long the effect of duphaston remains. Is it possible to conceive at this late age.

It is possible if your period were regular. But there are high chances of complications.

Duphaston is a progesterone which supports the luteal phase. Please get your AMH and FSH levels and your antral follicular count done. This can predict your chances of conception
