For last few years having lower back pain mainly sacroiliac joint, mri done last year shows scrolitis inflammation & tenderness pain on joint area. Since I had history of small bowel obstruction & appendicitis surgery in the past now doctor suspects my problem is related to abdomen issues and I may suffering from ibd, crohns disease, is this is the reason for my problem? Pls note my test as hla b27, crp, cbc, esr are negative and normal I am taking saaz 500 twice & febucip 40 od daily I wanted to know I am taking right treatment or medicine, pls advice?
