I have undergone fistulotomy operation 5 months ago. Dr. has said that the wound has healed. It was 6o clock position. No blood, no puss. But after operation a vein or thread like something has appeared at 10 o clock position. It hurts and is inflamed always. Dr. examined and said it is nothing. But I am concerned what it is. Is it another fistula. Some of the portions of it has gone inside anus. No puss or bleeding.
