Wellness greetings to you! when it comes in cleaning vegetables, we must stick to our old ancient technique ,which we used to clean meat. Imagine the effect, if it can clean the meat and germs in it, vegetable cleaning is no big task. Following are the techniques we used. - use rock salt in warm water ,soak veggies for 20 mins and rinse them. -use turmeric to clean veggies. -if it is meat, rinse with hot water followed by cold water simultaneously ,this fluctuatiin in temperature will kill the outer layer of virus and that leads to death of the organism. stay healthy drc.
