I get pain on my scalp on the area that has been affected with a bulge. If I press on it the bulge flattens and again increases later. Again it flattens when I press but when I touch it hurts. Now I lost hair on that area and the pain is progressing towards other areas near the bulge. The bulge occurs in different places around the problematic area one after the other it recurs after one heals. The bulge later becomes black and when I touch tbe scalp I feel sometimes is moving inside (granular texture kind). What should be the reason?
